Based on increased demand, we started offering a complete list of services to keep our customers’ booths running at optimal levels and preserve their core mechanics.

Even the best spray booth in the industry will run into issues down the road, so why not be prepared instead of operating in panic mode.

We now have three different service program options for the factory trained USI booth program to accommodate shops with different needs.

Here are the three options:

Cleanroom Service Program (CSP)

Option One
Monthly visit

First priority in emergency calls
Remote access and trouble-shooting analysis
Factory trained technician to inspect the control panel, burner, filters and the plenum, checking/adjusting temperature settings.
Load updates for the control panel and operating system
Coordinate with online reports
Schedule training of new painter
Painter available for fill-in
Check the air for contamination and moisture.
Change filters if necessary
Visual inspection and report on condition of walls, glass and lights
Hourly repair rates billed at $125 per hour
Booth filters supplied at 10% off
Annual burner service at $950 including complimentary labor to change ceiling filter

Option Two
Quarterly visit

First priority in emergency calls

Hourly charge for updates to control panel
Hourly repair rates billed at $250 per hour
Annual burner service billed at $1,500

Terms and Conditions

Cleanroom Services is a factory-trained and authorized installers and service for all USI booths.
All upgrades and services will be under the guidance and requirements of the USI warranty program.
Service charges applied when appointment not cancelled with 24 hours of notice
Subscription programs must be set up on automatic payment
